Experience : 2-3 years
Ideal Candidate :
- Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
- Having good knowledge of legal laws & exposure to legal work will be an added advantage.
Key Competencies :
- Maintaining Secretarial records, documents, forms
- Registration & Application for Import Authorization on DGFT
- Share certificates, demat of shares of the Company & facilitate demat to shareholders
- Amendments in GST, IEC, RBI portal
- Charges/ limits enhancement/ modification, Closure, Renewal of charges
- Filing Forms related to change in directors, auditors and Annual Filing
- FLA form filing
- Follow up on the legal – recovery of payments owed to company in coordination with appointed Lawyer.
- Drafting and reviewing agreements with customers, deeds
- Drafting of letters, resolutions
- Review of policies, Gratuity insurance
- Change in signatories in bank, bank closure, Enet & credit facilities
- Ensure the confidentiality of the contracts and customer agreements.
- Documentation of all Board meetings and related papers.
- Ensure Compliance with Companies Act.
- Miscellaneous ad-hoc task like IT Assets stock and disposal
