Job Description :

As a DWH Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the data warehouse solutions that drive our business intelligence initiatives. You will be responsible for :

Leading the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of data warehouse architecture.
Defining best practices for data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance to ensure high data quality and reliability.
Managing ETL pipelines using industry-standard tools such as Informatica, Talend, Apache Nifi, or SSIS.
Overseeing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple sources, ensuring efficient data flow.
Developing complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Leading a team of data engineers and analysts in managing and maintaining large-scale data warehouse solutions.
Ensuring data security, compliance, and performance optimization of the data warehouse.
Troubleshooting and optimizing existing ETL pipelines and DWH performance.
Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging data technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background in data warehousing, ETL, and BI tools, along with leadership experience. We are looking for candidates with :

6-8 years of experience in Data Warehousing, ETL development, and Data Engineering.
Expertise in data warehouse architecture, data modeling, and database design.
Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Apache Nifi, or SSIS.
Experience working with cloud-based DWH solutions such as AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake.
Knowledge of Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark) and real-time data processing.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Experience in leading a team and mentoring junior data engineers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
