Job Summary :
The Telecom Projects and Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth operation of telecom infrastructure projects, including design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality telecom services.
Job Description :
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Telecom VAS, BSS, PCRF,OCS Operations.
- Strong knowledge of 3G/4G/5G networks and related charging architectures
- Proficiency in following protocols: SS7, SIGTRAN, SMPP, MAP, CAMEL
- Proficiency in Diameter protocol and related interfaces (Gx, Gy, Gz)
- Experience with VAS platforms troubleshooting and maintenance
- Experience with telecom BSS architecture and components
- Understanding of rating and charging principles
- Proficiency/Hands-on experience in RHEL and Other Linux Flavors of OS
- Knowledge of database management of Oracle & SQL
- Experience with trouble ticket management systems
- Familiarity with project management programs and processes
